TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must be 18 or older to submit videos for THE FIZZ. In order to be considered your video must start with this verbal waiver, "I ____(state name)____ give permission for my image and this video to be used in any manner by DIRECTV and THE 101. I also confirm that I own all rights to the video that I am submitting."

We are looking for videos that are fun, funny, informative, and short. This is truly your show so make anything you want as long as it PG, and that means no nudity, no swearing, and nothing that cannot be played on television. Be yourself and talk about current events or topical pop culture, make up a skit, play a character, shoot a fake commercial for the FIZZ... But please keep in mind that we will not air your clips if they contain any music (whether mixed in or in the background.) This is your TV show so make the content what you would want to see on TV.

Clips are chosen at the sole discretion of the producers of the show, and are selected based on the quality and content of the submissions.

The payment details are quite simple. If your clip is chosen to air in the show you receive a one time payment of $250, except if your clip is less than 10 seconds in duration your compensation is a one time payment of $100. You must submit all pertinent personal information in an invoice (including name, address, telephone number or email, and social security #) to finalize payment.

Please keep in mind, we cannot return any videotape, DVDs or other material that you send us.
